Payment is made at 100% before the scheduled day, after agreement on the details of the activity made by email or through the booking system. You can pay by bank transfer to our Swedish bank, or use Paypal on the booking system.
Upon cancellation earlier than 30 days prior to departure, cancelation is free.
Upon cancellation later than 30 days but earlier than 14 days prior to departure, the traveller must pay 15 % of the price of the activity.
Upon cancellation later than 14 days but earlier than 24 hours prior to departure, the traveller must pay 50 % of the price of the activity.
If cancellation takes place within 24 hours of departure, the traveller must pay the entire price of the trip.
If the weather doesn’t allow use to conduct the activity, the guide will find another activity on land or on sea. If the price payed is higher than the price of the replacement activity, we will reimburse you 200sek/pers.
The guide decides wether it is safe or not to conduct the trip.
